Question: Does the rental charge include a set-up?
Answer: There are no unseen costs what you see is what you're charged it includes delivery, set up, pack up and pick up of the unit/units
Question: I'm not sure what bouncy castle best fits my garden?
Answer: Not a problem, we can establish what unit fits best over the phone or in some cases we can pop round.
Question: How long is the castle hire?
Answer: The charge is for a days hire usually from 10am onwards. We can be flexible with times of drop of and pick up just ask. Overnight hire optional at extra cost.
Question: What do I need to do?
Answer: All we ask is to ensure the area is clean and tidy and access routes clear. Please make sure the area is also clear of any animal foul.
Question: Can I hire one of your units to go on hard standing, patio, astro turf or inside a hall?
Answer: Yes we can supply any of our units on different types of ground but please make us aware of this when booking.
Question: Do I need to provide anything?
Answer: We will need access to a power point or we can supply generators but at an extra cost.
Question: Is the unit or units I've hired insured?
Answer: Yes we carry 5Million public liability insurance.
Question: Do I need to pay a deposit?
Answer: We do not take a deposit, we take payment in full on arrival.
